Our Team of Pros will provide all supervised labor and tools required to install your new Ductless Mini Split Heating & AC System.
Customer will provide the following: equipment, materials, line set and electrical kit. Unit must included condensation pump if installation in on an interior wall.
All Installations will meet city requirements.
Scope of Work
Install a new Mini-split condenser on eco friendly condenser pad (prevents corrosion/damage for stagnant-water).
Install a new Air Handlers.
Locate the most proper area for the condensate drain lines and installed the drains.
Properly charge the system with environment friendly R-410 refrigerant.
Startup and test the system.
Warranties: 6 months on labor
Extras:
Install electrical lines to the condenser and air handlers.
Install a new 220 electrical disconnect box and fuses for the condenser.
