This proposal confirms that the scope of work includes the installation of a new mini split condenser on an eco-friendly condenser pad to prevent corrosion and damage from stagnant water. The team of HVAC pros will provide all supervised labor, equipment, materials, and tools required for the installation.
The proposal also includes the installation of new air handlers, electrical lines to the condenser and air handlers, a new 220 electrical disconnect box and fuses for the condenser, new remote controls, and the proper location and installation of the condensate drain lines.
The system will be properly charged with environmentally friendly R-410 refrigerant and will be started up and tested to ensure it is working properly. The installation will also meet all city requirements.
The proposal also includes warranties for the equipment, with 6 years on the compressor and 2 years on moving parts, and 6 years on labor.
It’s important to note that this proposal should be considered as a rough estimate and the final cost may vary depending on the specific needs of your house or building.
