The package includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a 2-3 ton 14 SEER unit. It includes the installation of a new unit or replacement of an existing unit, up to 4 lbs of refrigerant, necessary materials such as copper line sets, transition, filter base or filter rack, gas flex, gas stop, flue pipe up to roofline, drain pan, emergency float switch, TXV, and liquid line drier, disconnect and thermostat.
The package also includes the removal and disposal of an old unit if needed. The starting price is for the change-out of an existing unit.
The package comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. However, it excludes roof installation that may need a crane, roof kit, permits and Herz test, electrical and gas service, electrical panel amperage upgrades, difficult to access attics, basements, and other locations, asbestos removal or other services, ductwork and venting installation, fees for 3rd-party crane, cost of permit or any time required to obtain permits, cost of 3rd party ductwork pressure testing for permitting purposes.
