So my parents moved to San Pedro and their new home needed a new air conditioning unit…. I started researching local companies that could assist and give them the best deal for their budget. I called a couple of places, left messages, and no response. I called Metro Air Conditioning and to my surprise they returned my call within 35 minutes. I asked if they would give me a free estimate and they would! Alex, the technician, would meet with us the following afternoon. Once he arrived for the inspection, he was polite and explained to my parents that due to the lack of attic space, the only option was a ductless mini-split system ( a small unit that doesn’t require ducting). My parents wanted to think it over and he wasn’t pushy, he offered simple explanations to their concerns…..I’m happy to announce they made up their minds overnight and scheduled the installation for a Saturday morning. By nighttime we were able to enjoy the nice cool air from the new AC unit. The heatwave has been so bad and I’m happy my parents have AC in their new home.
